Sunday Celebration

Yellow... Today was a very hot day. I tell you a couple of interesting stories from today. Mentoring Session Have you ever been in a situation where you had plan for a catch-up session with some one and ended up having an extra 2 ppl coming? Well... that's what happened today after lunch at church. I meant to have a mentoring session with my mentee tomorrow night. The plan was only to meet up and do bible study together with him, that's it. I ended up inviting 2 other guys, from 2 different groups. Long story short, my mentee was planning to have some catch up session with guy 1 tomorrow night. I interrupted their convers cos I was afraid that my mentee forgot about it (and he did forget) and I don't want to change to another night. So during the conversation, there was this awkward moment (as he wasn't invited). And because of that awkward moment I invited him to come along, to which he replied with a delightful yes. At that time, guy 2 (from different group) was standing behind me and overheard our conversation. Nobody really talked to him. Feeling the need to extend the invite, after my conversation with my mentee and guy 1, I invited guy 2. So now I'm gonna have 3 people to disciple tomorrow night, ahhaha... Wedding Cake On a much lighter note, my friend can really bake a very nice wedding cake. She's one amazing woman. Here's a photo of the wedding cake she bake yesterday for today's wedding.

Hello 2013

Alright, It's 2013. It's a new season. I wanna write again. Hopefully this time I can do it more consistently. Happy New Year :)

hmm...?

hmm... dunno how to say this, but anyway, I know these two guys who apparently pray a lot, in the morning, at night, even when they drive or on the bus/train. They also read the bible a lot.

But here is the thing, they do not go to church and their weekly cell-group regularly. When I asked them why, they came out with all sorts of reason which actually logical and make sense.

But for some reasons, I feel there is something wrong. Dunno why but it just does not add up, whatever they are telling me. Am I going crazy?

Long time no see

Hello... long time no see.

Merry Christmas to you who happened to drop by my blog.
Just got home 30mins ago from dinner at a friend's place in I'pilly. Nothing beats dinner on Christmas day with few close friends. However I was also a bit sad at the same time as I could not have dinner with my group. Oh well... that's life. You can't be at 2 places at the same time.
